I mean I get the Ayaka rerun because they need to somehow push those outfit sales before the end of 3.4 (even though it's still going to be there afterwards just at a slightly higher price) but you literally have a character whose kit is designed to perfectly support a certain other character, whose lore is connected to that other character and yet that other character is literally nowhere to be found 😂
