Engagement is the beating heart of today’s always-on relationships. Businesses and products that have good engagement are able to build and keep trust, make their users feel valued, scale organically, and create real impact. It’s (relatively) easy to keep your first users engaged, when you’re able to give them the billionaire VIP treatment. However, when you start scaling you lose touch with them. You don’t really know your users anymore, and you don’t have the resources to care for them as you once used to. Let’s rebuild that trust and scale your relationships.
