. In Adobe After Effects, you can import media by going to the File menu at the top of the screen and selecting Import File (or multiple files). You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+I (Windows) or Command (macOS) to open the Import File dialog box. Once you have selected the files you want to import, they will appear in the Project panel in the lower-left corner of the After Effects interface. You can then drag and drop them into your composition to start working with them.
