This character from class 1-b has the most underrated quirk in all of my hero. You see this character has a power that if used right would allow him to take any quirk he wanted for himself, basically becoming the next all for one.. The character I am talking about is Yosetsu Awase, the user of weld, a quirk that allows him the power to fuse two or more things together on an atomic level, whether they be organic or inorganic.. right now he uses this quirk in the most basic of ways, just fusing items to people as means of restraining them, but you see quirks themselves are biological in nature, meaning by combining two quirks like Bakugo's dad's acid sweat with his mom's ability to secret glycerin for her skin, a new ability can be born, which of course is what happened with Bakugos explosion ability. Now you see, weld also offers its user this ability. He just doesn't need a partner to make it happen, he can just fuse with another person and gain access to their cellular bonds and DNA, also allowing access to that person's quirk, and he can also do this by just consuming part of that person, such as their hair. Meaning he wouldn't have to drag them around all the time like he did with momo
