After diving into the details on LoL wiki I found this:
"Warwick lunges at the target enemy, biting them after 0.264 seconds."
"The bite always occurs after the same delay, however the time spent lunging does not, which depends based on the range Jaw of the Beast was cast away from the target, up to a lunge duration of 0.5 seconds."
So...
The time it takes to lung and attack your enemy varies based on the the distance WW is from his target.
The bite (damage/heal) always occurs at 0.264. (although I think this may have been bugged a while back to only heal once lung was complete)
