Eco Complete Planted Substrate SETUP. When setting up this aquarium Substrate you do not want to rinse it and that is the directions from the manufacture. There’s a lot of questions regarding how to setup Eco Complete and that’s why I did this video. This substrate is a planted Tank Substrate but it doesn’t contain nutrients for the plants it grows it.
