In this DRAWING TUTORIAL I’m going to show you how I sketch from a reference photo step by step using a black pencil. The aim is not for an exact copy but an expressive sketch. I hope you can follow along and learn a new sketching technique based off the Croquis drawing method. (This was a 12 minute sketch edited to 4 minutes)
