I know you want to look good in your new t-shirt bro?I know you pump your muscle before going out on Saturday night?It's legit Man !That's why we train : to look good and healthy and have this ripped and strength look that make you feel like a Man. That's not macho BS, this is, feeling in tune and fucking great in our body. So I thought why not create a good routine with some basic exercises to do before showering.
Perform those exercise for 2 minutes one after the others without stopping and then go shower. You can even repeat the same one after but slower. Hope you enjoy!
