Basic & Easy How to draw a roof plan in AutoCAD Tutorial - Hip Roof Plan Part 1
In this tutorial I will explain how to draw and draft a hip roof plan. I use AutoCAD to do this, but you can use any 2D drafting package, or even pen or pencil to follow along to how I work out a roof plan.
Roof plans can be confusing, especially when there are many hips and valleys. I plan to do a series of roof plans to explain how to approach and solve complex roof plans.
