Ronye Arabel, Tiese Shtoliene, and Cardinal have been revealed. Selka Zuberg was also confirmed but not shown in the video and only as a still image.

Embracing the medieval fantasy world of the Alicization arc known as “Underworld” players will be able to play as Kirito as they embark on a quest alongside Eugeo in an attempt to save their childhood friend known as Alice who was taken away after violating the sacred laws of the taboo index.

TGS2019 SAOAL Stage Show Extra Details

During the stage show, it was stated that the game would branch off into its own original story after following the events of part 1 of the anime (Sword Art Online Alicization). There was no official confirmation on part 2 of the anime (War of the Underworld) making it into the game but at the end of the trailer 1:51 we see a bonus segment with Asuna and Alice conversing. The Asuna presented is dressed in similar clothing to the one shown on the covers of volume 16 & 18 of the light novel. We're not entirely sure what this could mean so take this with a grain of salt but it's possible we could see part 2 of the anime in-game or it could just be a side story based around some of the main events of part 2.
