EZ Flash 3 ASUS BIOS Update Guide Including AM5 - AMD and INTEL

This should work on any ASUS motherboard that supports the EZ Flash 3 BIOS update method. You will need a USB drive of 32GB or less in order to format as FAT32 filesystem. Often you may need to try more than one USB since many motherboards can be picky about them.
This video shows how to update the BIOS on an ASUS motherboard using the EZ Flash 3 BIOS update method. This should work for most ASUS motherboards including AM5, Z790, Z690, B660, H610, Z170, X299, X570, B450, X670 etc. Pretty much any Intel or AMD motherboard that supports EZ Flash 3. Just be sure that you download the correct version of the BIOS for your specific board.
