You can't change priority of Hi-Rez games like you do with normal games, but there's a trick to make it work...
Go to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\
Create key: Paladins.exe
Create key: PerfOptions
Create DWORD: CpuPriorityClass
Start or restart game. Done!
