This fix may not work for every invisible shader or every device! I only just recently discovered this fix with Bicubic Shader 2.7, This method may even be a fix only for bicubic shader I don’t know

WHY SHADERS MAY BE INVISIBLE ON YOUR DEVICE⤵️
🔘Shader creators can’t test their shader on every device!
🔘Outdated shader
🔘Outdated MCPE version
🔘Shader isn’t compatible with your device
🔘Error downloading the pack (maybe try re installing it)
🔘Not compatible with other packs in your world
🔘Video settings turned off in your settings
🔘Maybe try manually installing the shader instead
