In this video we discuss a math topic often seen on the ACT® math section: The Law of Cosines. The Law of Cosines is used to find a side or an angle of a triangle that is not a right triangle. Typically the actual equation for the Law of Cosines is given to you on the exam. This is used when you have two sides and an included angle or you know the lengths of all three sides.
