Creamy Vegan Cheesecake Oats - Faster Than Overnight Oats & Perfect for Meal Prep!

Today I show you how to make oats taste like cheesecake! This is great recipe for healthy AND delicious meal prep … and is a fast version of overnight oats that is ready in under 5 minutes!

This oatmeal prep hack will make your oats super creamy and is perfect for breakfast, dessert or a snack at any time of day. I show you 4 of my favorite mix ins/toppings that take these creamy cheesecake oats to a whole new level.

These are faster to make than overnight oats and so easy for meal prep. Enjoy!

Creamy Cheesecake Oats
(makes 1 serve)

1/2 cup plant milk (I used almond)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsbp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp white miso paste

MEAL PREP OPTION
(makes 4 serves)

2 cups plant milk (I used almond)
2 cups rolled oats
4 tsbp chia seeds
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp maple syrup
4 tsp white miso paste

Blend all of the ingredient together and portion out into jars or airtight meal prep containers.

Top with the options I show you in the video (peanut butter crunch, mango coconut, lemon strawberry, chocolate orange) OR create your own toppings and mix ins.

(These will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.)
