HOTEL MARJAN - RUŠENJE UPDATE - MARCH 2023
At the beginning of March 2023 the long anticipated demolition of the Marjan hotel started. The first phase of the project is the demolition of the existing hotel followed by the construction of the new hotel Marjan. Hotel Marjan is the most famous, some would say infamous hotel in Split. Croatia. This hotel is a multi decade long rabbit hole of failed restaurants. And finally there is a definitive plan to to build a new hotel Marjan which will take the image of the original hotel that was build back in 1963. The completion of the project should be at the beginning of 2026.
