1. Key features of "Approvals"
This module is a base for the development of other approval modules: Procurement approval, Maintenance approval, Timesheet approval, Overtime Approval
Managers can create approval types with multiple approval levels.
Employees can create approval requests.
Team leaders can see the request of their own employees.
Followers who are employees can't join the approval process, they can only see it.
Set up Approval type:
Set up an approver list (you can mark if an approver is required or not), days to approve, etc.
Set up approval levels (Sequential Approvals):
When a user submits an approval request, the system will send a notification and schedule an activity for the approver one by one according to the pre-set levels.
The admin can force approval to approve the request even though it has been refused before.
When the approval request is approved or refused, the system will send a notification to the request creator.
