Webpack Loader Tutorial
How to create a custom webpack loader, shown on my example where I enable loading native node modules in a NextJS app.
Never mind the outputPath condition order, it was fixed in latest release

Why I'm not always using the compiler's outputPath is because app is built on one machine, and has to be portable to other env. #webpackloader
