How Handy Is A Line6 Variax Standard Guitar?
I'm gigging with my new band - normally playing two sets exclusively on Line6 Variax guitars. This video is dedicated to my new Variax Standard - a Strat-type guitar built similar to a Yamaha Pacifica. I use this guitar as a backup to my James Tyler JTV59 Variax. It's a super-flexible instrument that allows for some nice sounding acoustic, resonator and 12-string models that are just hard to do right any other way. By far though, it's the lightning fast alternate tunings that make it a great guitar for the gigging musician in a cover band.
