Sam Brandt and Tobias Danielsson met as mutual fans of each other’s work on SoundCloud, but wound up going to the same Swedish high school together. When the formally raised their flag of NOTD, they’d established a signature sound that rather irresistible. Their latest track with Felix Jaehn, “So Close,” is pop banger featuring Georgia Ku and Captain Cuts. Its video boasts commuter couple dancing their way into love by on the streets of Tokyo.
