Why is there Roman architecture in Hong Kong? In this walking tour, explore Bishop Hill Service Reservoir (formally known as Ex-Sham Shui Po Service Reservoir) with Virtual Tours TV. Walk around the underground reservoir which was rediscovered in 2020.

Ex-Sham Shui Po Service Reservoir was originally planned to be demolished by the Water Supplies Department, as they identified the reservoir to be a "water tank". It was later revealed that Romanesque-style arches were found in the site. Demolition was immediately halted after the discovery rose public concern in the media. The underground reservoir has been well preserved since then and it is now a Grade I Historic Building in Hong Kong.
