This webinar features project outcomes from grantees in VA, WV, WY, MN, MI, KY/IN, SC, LA, and NY. The grantees represent EF affiliates, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and local affiliates of national partners, including the National Area Health Education Center Organization and the National Rural Health Association. Learn how the grantees connected more individuals living with epilepsy from rural areas to social services, in addition to partnering with multi-sector agencies, such as local health coalitions, and partnering with rural libraries to increase access to epilepsy services.
