Budget vs. Pro Lenses: Which is Best for Landscapes? 📸
Curious if cheaper lenses are good enough for landscape photography? 🤔 Here’s what I think!
If I had to choose just one lens for landscapes, it would be a standard zoom lens. For full-frame, that's 24-70mm.
I’ve got both a kit lens and a pro constant f2.8 lens and Image quality at f7.1 to f11 is very similar in both lenses. Generally, f4 lenses offer similar image quality to f2.8’s when shot in the mid aperture range but are lighter and more affordable making them a great option for landscape photographers.
