This Cisco hyperflex training video is covering the procedure to clean up existing hyperflex ESXi cluster for the purposes of reinstalling hyperflex on a later date.

The cleanup procedure involves the reinstallation of the ESXi on all of the Hyperflex storage nodes, which is why before you start you need to check what type of VMware licences are currently installed on the existing nodes (traditional or factory-installed VMware licences). If your Hyperflex nodes are equipped with self-encrypting drives or set drives don't proceed with this video and contact Cisco technical support to execute an alternative cleanup procedure.
