I bought a $99 gaming PC from eBay, expecting it to be a complete disaster. Cheap budget prebuilt PCs are usually filled with outdated hardware and GPUs like the NVIDIA GeForce GT 710, GT 630, GT 730, and other underwhelming graphics cards. So in this video I tried to build a gaming PC using only eBay parts with a very strict $99 budget. I test it with popular games like Fortnite and Counter-Strike 2, and AAA single-player titles like Shadow of The Tomb Raider to find out if a $99 gaming PC can be surprsingly fast.
