To lazy to go out and get resources? just spawn them in... Here is how you can do it :):)

After the Latest Patch the key i gave you doesn't work... So it used to be devtools.testing.console true/false (bring up the console with \ then type the command then press / to bring up the menu). But the commands were changed in the latest patch.
The new command is dev.console true/false
