Personal trainer Carlos Marvila was helping his client stretch, but it was a stretch too far as the tension in the room was broken by a fart.
In their local gym in Pompano Beach, Florida, Cecillia Siqueira provoked everyone into hysterics when she let wind whilst trying to stretch out her back.
In the child’s pose yoga position, Cecilia’s hips were being pushed down and forced out the fart.
The embarrassing moment quickly turned into hilarity as the room burst into laughter.
