What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my ULTIMATE END GAME NON Power Armor heavy gunner Build Guide! The weapon I am using is the Bloodied Gauss Minigun and the Instigating Plasma Caster. In Fallout 76 this have been the best and my favorite heavy gun builds. SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game Low Health Non Power Armor heavy gunner tank build for it. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you BOTH of my Builds which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the Gauss Minigun and the plasma caster themselves with of course its mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in Fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks. Including the Scorch Beast Queen.
