Welcome to our first episode of Filmmaking 101, where we will discuss the 3 point lighting technique. This lighting technique is a super simple lighting setup for filmmaking beginners that can be utilized in narrative shorts, documentary films, corporate videos, or even your YouTube videos.
Once you have command of the three point lighting technique, you can then start to experiment with taking lights away to create different lighting moods.
Filmmaking 101 is our brand new series where we'll be teaching cinematic filmmaking on a budget for beginners. If there's any thing that you would like to learn about filmmaking, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll do our best to make a video on it!
