👋Hey, it's Estie! Recently I've received some DMs about how I do UX research. I've also noticed that companies are increasingly starting to hire for UX research as well! It's definitely becoming a valuable skill. So here is one example of how I conduct UX research--explained in 9 easy-to-follow steps using my previous UX case study as an example! Of course, there are other ways to approach UX research, but here's how I conducted it for my Crunchyroll case study.
