A 26-minute standing workout for kids to get their whole body working!

This is a more intense and longer routine that will challenge our kids' endurance. Keeping kids physically active can help them become healthier and stronger adults, preventing many kinds of diseases. The workout starts with some nice warm-ups and stretching routines. Next, kids will do a series of cardio exercises that will speed up the heart rate to help the body burn more fat. This will be followed by a full set of compound exercises to strengthen all the muscles, in which the little ones will use multiple muscles at the same time, helping them to increase their balance, coordination, strength and endurance. This will be done in two sets.
