A year ago, Putin signed a law on non-execution of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in Russia. The ECtHR was an instance in which Russians could appeal the decisions of Russian courts or complain about the violation of their rights by the authorities. Russia was one of the leaders in terms of the number of complaints. What do Russians know about human rights? We asked this question to people on the street.
