Why in Russia kill pedestrians?
Russian real kamikaze pedestrians. They do not respect the traffic rules, and crossing the road in the wrong place, putting their lives at risk. Inspectors pedestrian traffic police do not fine, despite the fact that the rule of law contained in their administrative code.
