Semi-manual aiming for shooting specific surface points

Based on a conversation about automation on Discord, we came to a very interesting conclusion -- that automation can in many cases remove autonomy from the player in some ways, while granting it in others. It'll always try to hit what's under the green thing, basically.

By calculating the relative velocity and finding the origin point based on the surface of the target, the fire control computer can compensate the player's aim with mostly successful results to aim at that point on the surface of the target when the FCS is in manual mode during coupling/autopilot.

Automatic remains if the camera is setup to frame the target as seen before, or if the endpoint of the player's aim doesn't actually hit the target at all.

ACFA like target selection akin to the usual fire-control system is coming soon in this mode, but it would involve adding subsystems to sub-target on the surface of the craft for testing.

I think I also need to improve the goal positioning and some of the autopilot code but the proof of concept is now here.

I'm getting serious Panzer Dragoon/ZOE2/Omega boost vibes here.
