HOI4 Naval Combat Was Rebalanced
Ship hit-boxes in Hearts of Iron IV have been altered to make it less likely to hit slower ships. This means that capitals will be less likely to receive hits in naval combat. Was this a good update for HOI4, tell me in the comments below. Cheers!
