Please DON'T Buy an RTX 3080
Right now may be the absolute worst time in history to buy a graphics card, and here’s why
First of all cards like the RTX 3080 have been out for about a year and a half now, and buying them this late in the cycle for nearly twice their original price just doesn’t seem like a smart move in my opinion, especially with the RTX 40 series launching later this year, and rumor has it they’re going to be WAY, WAY faster.
Plus you have to consider that GPU prices have been falling for months now, and if this trend continues you might be able to score an RTX 30 series card for near or at it’s MSRP, and if you can do that, that I do recommend.
