I am stitching a video from another creator to discuss my experience of the benefits of pilates for fitness. After years of strength training, class passes, and group sessions I found that the 2 months I have been doing pilates offered more results than anything I have ever done. From toning muscles to improving flexibility and getting rid of my chronic sciatic pain. Using Pilates as my workout routine has made it so I see results quicker and feel better.
