Chrome 68 to 63 Transformation Setup (Mid-September 2019)
We're back on Chrome 68 again but this time it's Windows 10 1803 (looking like 1703). All I did is make Chrome 68 look like Chrome 63 by using the same flags just like last time, install 3 extensions from non-CWS sites and set the date to 9/19/2019 (aka September 2017 Ripoff).
Note: I didn't bother putting YouTube Redux or YouTube Late 2017-Early 2018 Material Layout on it so I leave the NTP screen.
