Recommended solution to fix the problem:
Insert your Windows Installation disc or USB and restart your computer. Press F10 Key to see the Boot Menu and select the drive which contains operating system. Then choose your language settings and then click "Next". Now, you will see the option "Repair your computer" below the install button, click it. Windows icon starts loading with the message "Attempting Repairs". Attempting Repairs might take very longer, keep wait. Once repaired successfully you will see the sign in (user account) screen.
