Why LED indicators instead of an LED screen?
Replacing the previous LED screen to simple LED indicators depicting brightness settings and battery levels has a couple of benefits:
1. Less points of failure e.g. breakage.
2. Simplified UI, instant readout of information
3. Improved battery life
That is provided the user does not require exact information like remaining runtime on current setting, current voltage discharge etc.
