What happens when you take two portrait photographers who are used to taking photos on digital cameras and stick film cameras in their hands? In this video, you'll see Manny Ortiz and I take 2 classic Minolta cameras (which may or may not work right) around the Opryland Resort in pretty terrible lighting conditions and attempt to make some magic!
This was our first time photographing a model exclusively using film, and it was quite a learning experience! The Minolta XG-A and SRT201 were a lot of fun to use and in the coming weeks, you'll be seeing a lot more film photography coming to my channel. While there weren't any sponsors on today's video, I would love it if you would leave a like on this video, subscribe, and let me know what kind of film photography content you'd like to see from me!

The cameras used in this video were purchased from a thrift store or through Goodwill online. Vintage film cameras like this are pretty easy to find and don't cost very much. If you're wanting to get into photography and have a limited budget consider checking out a camera like this on eBay or your local antique/thrift stores!
