How to download and install android studio 4.2 on windows-10

Minimum Required JDK Version JDK 8. If you have not installed jdk then install it first.

Step-1 go to https://developer.android.com/studio/
and download android studio

Step-2 run the downloaded "android-studio-ide.exe"

Step-3 Choose the components and location to install

Step-4 Android Studio set-up wizard will open and choose the install type and select theme

Step-5 Click on finish button to download all the SDK components

Step-6 Create AVD - Android virtual Device - (Make sure that virtualization is enabled in system) - Choose Android R for emulator
