SheCodes Tulsa: How to Setup a Tor Relay on a Raspberry Pi
Tor is a service to hide internet activity. It is what forms the "Dark Web" and is used by journalists, dissidents, and governments (among others) to communicate as securely and anonymously as possible over the internet. Relays are the nodes along this network that tie everything together and make everything work. I used a raspberry pi to create a permanently running relay at my house, using my home network. During this talk, I'll talk about Tor, what it's used for and why it's a force for good (and bad), and and how I setup my raspberry pi to run a Tor node.
