150 gr. sugar
60 gr. lemon juice
70 gr. vegetable oil
+/- 180 gr. flour
50 gr. starch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Zest of 1 lemon
A pinch of salt, vanilla
170-180°C - 20 minutes
