How to draw a line tangent to two circles
Step 1: Use LINE command, you can type LINE then press Enter or click on the LINE button on the RIBBON
Step 2: Type tan then press Enter, click on the 1st circle.
Step 3: Type tan then press Enter, click on the 2nd circle.
