Here is how to unmute notes on instagram(follow the steps):
1. Open the instagram app either on android or iphone.
2.To mute a profile you want to go to the message symbol in the top right corner and then tap it. Inside message, you want to longhold the profile you want to mute.
3.To unmute this profile you need to go to your profile and then tap the three stripes up in the top right corner. Then go to "settings" and then "privacy".
4.Scroll all the way down to "muted accounts" and inside there you can unmute notes on instagram.
