Welcome to Power Virtual Agent Step by Step Series. Myself Dhruvin Shah and you are watching the third part of this series. The entire series is dedicated to beginner level of folks who wish to build Chat bot using Power Virtual Agents.
During this third part of the vLog series, we will start the Chat Bot Development Process. We will build a Chat Bot for Real time use case which is highly used in any IT organization. During this tutorial series, we will build a Chatbot for the IT Admin. In our daily routine in an organization, people face the software, hardware and configuration issues. This chatbot will generate the ticket and send the emails to the IT Admin. Please watch the entire series for this chat development process.
We will start the development process by modifying some OOTB topics provided by Power Virtual Agents. With that we will talk about Suggested Topics and Entities in details with the example so that you will get an idea, how to use topics and entities in best effective manner. We will start to develop a fresh new Topics with the Authoring Canvas. We will learn how we can take user input from the Chat bot and which are the actions supported by Power Virtual Agents to build a Chat bot.
We will add the conditions and add the options in a question with multiple choices and store the user input in a variable of Power Virtual Agents.
Also, we will fetch the email from the entire user string and store the email in a variable.
