ALL-ON-X has been described as a graft-less procedure but it's crazy to not reuse bone from the patient. You can see here how beautiful this bone looks after crunching it up with some rongeurs. Not grafting now while the patient is in surgery has long term ramifications if something goes wrong and we need to place additional implants.
