In Olga's life, the very event that all the girls have been waiting for for years takes place: Mark proposes to her! Everything happens as expected: roses, champagne, the appointment of the exact date of the wedding, plans for a trip, future children ... But suddenly the romance of the moment is broken by blows to the wall: a recently moved neighbor threw another party. "How long can this go on?" - Olga and Mark complain to each other. Olga comes up with an idea.
Mark comes to his neighbor Denis with a business proposal: to sell him and Olga an apartment, and they will find him a new one! No hassle and even financial benefit.
