Two men who are persons of interest in the case of a 12-year-old girl who was found dead in a north Houston creek were detained Thursday.

Houston police later announced Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, are charged with capital murder in the death of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray.
